I first had Pinnacle security and shortly after the first of 2012 Devcon Security took over and it has been a mess since then. They have billed me where I have never had service. Then the collections dept called up to 10 times a day about an incorrect balance. When I call the cs department is poorly trained, they have hung up on me...it is ridiculous.
Then their person who handles legal issues was supposed to correct my account but, I just got another bill with the same error.
Pay more money and go with a reputable security company!!
